All bidding closes on Sunday November 15, 2020 at the following times:

Items in the 100 block (#s beginning with 1) will close at 8:15 pm sharp! 

Items in the 200 block (#s beginning with 2) will close at 8:30 pm sharp!

Items in the 300 block (#s beginning with 3) will close at 8:45 pm sharp!

Items in the 400 block (#s beginning with 4) will close at 9:00 pm sharp!

Donations will be picked up from the donor's place of business within 1-2 weeks following the auction. Please let us know if you would like us to handle getting the donation to the winning bidder.

Item Pick Up:

Your bid is a contract between you and the Rotary Club of Barrie. If you have the highest bid you will enter into a legally binding purchase contract. Once payment has been verified, the winning bidder will be emailed a voucher to claim their item within a week of the end of the auction. Unless otherwise stated, items are to be picked up at the donor’s place of business..
