Dan diBartolomeo is President and founder of the Northfield Information Services, Inc. Based in Boston since 1986, Northfield develops quantitative models of financial markets. Additional Northfield staff are located in London, Tokyo, and Chicago. The firm's clients include nearly three hundred financial institutions in twenty countries. Mr. diBartolomeo is a Visiting Professor at the CARISMA research center of the Brunel University in London. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance, the Advisory Board of the International Association of Financial Engineers, and is an active member of "QWAFAFEW". He formerly served on the Industry Liaison Committee of the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Sciences at New Jersey Institute of Technology. He also continues his many years of service as a judge in the Moscowitz Prize Competition, given by the University of California, Berkeley, for excellence in academic research on socially responsible investing. His publication record includes thirty books, book chapters and research journal articles. He's been widely acknowledged in print and television interviews for his analytical work in 1999 that contributed to the early detection of the Madoff investment fraud. He graduated Cornell University with a BS in Applied Physics.

Mark T. Williams is a risk management practitioner and academic with two decades of experience. Since 2002, he has been on the Finance & Economics Faculty at Boston University and currently holds the academic rank of Executive-in-Residence/Master Lecturer. Prior to teaching, he worked as a senior trading floor executive, a bank trust officer and as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank. He is particularly experienced relating to risk management in the energy trading, banking industry and derivative matters involving the capital markets. He has also been a guest columnist for Financial Times, New York Times, Forbes.com, Reuters.com, Foreign Policy Magazine and the Boston Globe. In 2010 he published Uncontrolled Risk (McGraw Hill), a book examining the root causes of the financial crisis and the rise and fall of investment banking giant Lehman Brothers. In 2013, he coauthored Longwood Covered Courts and the Rise of American Tennis. He conducts risk management seminars, has provided consulting for various Fortune 500 companies, hedge funds and is on the board of Appleton Partners, a based wealth management company, a senior advisor at the Brattle Group and is on the Standard & Poor's Academic Advisory Council. Williams holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Delaware and a MBA from Boston University. He is a founding board member of the Boston Chapter of the Global Association of Risk Professional, a member of the Boston Analyst Security Association and International Association of Financial Engineers.

Tracy R. Licklider -Internet and Risk Management Consultant

Tracy R. Licklider is the Former President of the Boston Computing Society, the organization that was an antecedent to the American Computer Foundation and the Charles River Public Internet Center. BCS was once the largest group of personal computer users in the world, with regular user group meetings, many publications, and hosted major product announcements, including the East Coast release of the Apple Macintosh in 1984. He was COO of Software Arts, the company that invented the first spreadsheet, Visicalc. He is also the son of J.C.R.Licklider, the MIT professor who was the first administrator of DARPAnet, functionally the beginning of the Internet. He holds a B.A. in Math from Harvard.
