KPFT is hosting a roast and celebration of Ray Hill, community activist, radio personality, and past longtime host of "The Prison Show". The roast will be held at 7 pm on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the University of Houston Hilton and we invite you to come, celebrate Ray Hill's life and accomplishments, along with Mayor Annise Parker, Sheriff Adrian Garcia, and many other Houston luminaries.

A Silent Auction is part of the festivities.  We'll begin the auction on-line on March 10 and will finish the auction LIVE at the Roast.  High bidder wins the item, even if not present at the roast, but we expect competition to be fierce in that last hour so you should consider getting a seat or a table at the event.
