Thanks to the generosity of longtime Japan House supporter, and very dear Gunji family friend, Stan Rankin, we are offering an outstanding collection of handmade quilts for sale. All the quilts were crafted by his mother, Dorothy Rankin, or in her personal collection. A portion of the proceeds of this auction will go to the Kimiko Gunji Legacy Fund, to fund visiting artists and teachers who will share Japanese culture, just as Gunji-sensei has done so well. 

The online auction will be completed during a celebratory Sunday afternoon at Japan House. Join us for refreshments and cocktails as we watch the final bids come in! Tickets for the event are only $5 for Tomonokai members, and $10 for all others. Tickets may be purchased at the Japan House eventbrite page.
