Proceeds from this event will support Ethiopia Reads’ Hawassa Reading Center, a flagship library celebrating 10 years of learning and literacy. Not only will this event feature awe-inspiring art, but it will also highlight a fascinating new book-making project, a collaboration to create more local-language reading materials for children across Ethiopia.
Ethiopia Reads collaborates with Ethiopian communities to build schools, plant libraries, teach teachers, boost literacy, and provide youth and families with the tools to improve their lives.
