The Ralph Erickson Educational Foundation is a  501 (C) (3).  We strive to provide an opportunity for those divers whose economic status prohibits them from continuing their education to the Instructor ranks of the scuba diving industry. REEF relies on the support of the diving industry. 

The Ralph Erickson Educational Foundation (REEF) runs entirely on your support. 100% of proceeds go directly to the foundation and fund the programs that are conducted by our PADI Course Directors.
