Condition and Inspection of Cows
Each cow is sold “as is,” per the Conditions of Sale printed on the following page of this Catalog. Bidders are reminded that the cows have been on display, have been transported throughout the CowParade exhibition, and, accordingly, may exhibit signs of wear. Seller has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. Auctioneer reserves the right, for any reason, in their sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of any auction sale.

Shipping
Shipment or Pick Up of Purchase
Door-to-door delivery (not including installation) of each cow shall be made by CowParade SLO for a flat fee of $75 per 2 cow lot to an address provided by the Purchaser within San Luis Obispo County area. You will be contacted to arrange for separate payment. No cow shall be released unless the recipient has proper identification and the cow’s sales slip issued by the Seller. Purchaser may make their own transportation arrangements but all cows must be picked up and removed from La Lomita Ranch in San Luis Obispo, CA. Please contact tom@cowparadeslo.com upon completed purchase of your cow to schedule either paid delivery or pick-up. We will ship the cows throughout the continental U.S. Contact service@cowparade.com for a shipping quote if outside of San Luis Obispo County.

Tax Deductibility
The Auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of taxable deduction if any.
