Description

Gabriel is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal trainer with specializations in Group Fitness, Weight Loss and Flexibility Training. He has developed a workshop called Actor-Fit combining fitness and acting training. He is also a fitness instructor at CKO Kickboxing in Carroll Gardens & Park Slope Brooklyn with a roster of private clients.

Gabriel is from Brentwood, Long Island and attended Bucknell University. He received his MFA in Acting from Columbia University and became a founding member of Magis Theatre Company in New York City.

Gabe is offering (3) fitness/weight-training sessions beginning in January. These sessions include consultation about your fitness needs, a personal fitness assessment, and copies of the fitness/workout conducted during your sessions.
