Hi Friends of Rocky Mountain,

Congratulations folks! Spring is here and after the craziest of stormy winters, the superblooms are blooming and the playground waterslide is flowing. Spring also brings Rocky Mountain’s annual online auction and — for the first time in many years — an in-person Spring fundraising party! Woot!

So first up, we’d like to announce our spring online auction is officially open for business as of this morning. Go to 'View Items' at the top left of our Auction Site page and start bidding! You will find over a hundred items to bid on, from gifts cards to your favorite restaurant to a night of babysitting from your favorite Rocky Mountain teacher. 

The auction will run from May 1 at 9am to May 13th at 4pm … culminating at the end of our spring party. You’ll have the next two weeks to place your bids on your favorite must-have items like a custom dog portrait cake or tickets to see blues guitarist Buddy Guy.

Hopefully you’re already saving-the-date for the spring fundraising party, which will kick off on Saturday May 13th at noon at Harlan Records, the awesome new listening bar from Rocky Mountain’s Herrera family. The party will be chock full of kid-friendly fun, games, entertainment, food and drinks (all ages outside in the alley, adults-only inside the bar, bathroom accessible for all).

Suggested donation for the party is $25 per adult and $15 for kids. This includes entrance, a meal plate and access to all games and activities. Alcoholic beverages and desserts will be charged separately.

All proceeds from our online auction (start bidding today) and spring fundraising party will go to support our community, including scholarships for families, school equipment and programs that will support our Rocky Mountain kids.
