Join us for the Kate’s annual red-carpet event that honors our 12-time Oscar Nominated, 4-time-winning namesake and makes for a great party and fundraiser. Walk the red carpet. Pose for a photo with a real Oscar. Watch the 91st annual Academy Awards live on the Kate’s big screen as you enjoy delicious food prepared by Fresh Salt, sweet treats, and beverages (cash bar). Come celebrate like a star!

Pre-bidding takes place from Monday, February 18 through Friday, February 22nd at 6pm.

The highest final pre-bid on each item will be transferred to the bid sheets (or to the live auction auctioneer) for the live event which takes place February 24th starting at 7pm.

Bidding will continue during the event until 9 pm. Only Oscar Party attendees will be able to bid at the live event.

If you are still the highest bidder when bidding closes at 9pm on February 24th, then you will be the winning bidder and will be contacted within 3-5 days of the end of the event.

 Payment from the winning bidder will be required when contacted. (Mastercard/Visa/Discover/Amex).

All items must be paid for and picked up at The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center within 2 weeks after the event. If auction item is not paid for or picked up, then next highest bidder will be eligible to purchase auction item.
