BIDDING WILL BEGIN  AT 6:00 AM.

This auction is for rising juniors and seniors ONLY.

 

PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION IN ITS ENTIRETY. If you still have any questions, please submit a question through the form (do not forget to include your question in the "how may we help?" form box) and you will get a response back within 24 hours. 

To participate, simply create an account (top right corner) or sign-in utilizing your login from last years auction. Once registered, you may log in and select VIEW ITEMS top tab to bid on the spot for that day. If you no longer see the spot for the day available, that means it has already been sold.

GSHS PTSA will auction 5 parking spots as a fundraiser for Scholarships and Grants.

ALL School Parking Lot Rules Apply-Must be an incoming Senior or Junior

Nonrefundable

One spot will be auctioned off each day for 5 consecutive days

  • The winner on 5/20 gets the 1st spot selection
  • The winner on 5/21 gets the 2nd selection
  • The winner on 5/22 gets the 3rd selection
  • The winner on 5/23 gets the 4th selection
  • The winner on 5/24 gets the 5th selection
  • If you do NOT win a spot, then you would need to obtain a parking spot/hang tag thru the normal procedures on the date Steinbrenner designates during the summer. This process is handled by school administration and we do not have dates for the event.
  • All spots are for the school year 2019-2020 ONLY and are non-transferrable
  • The $20.00 school fee is included in the final sale
  • To reserve a spot in the front school lot parking, you must qualify based on your 2019-2020 schedule 
  • Once you win the spot, The PTSA will contact you and get your requested spot number
  • The hangtag for your spot will be reserved and you do NOT have to come to school the day the spots are assigned to other students
  • You will have to complete the necessary parking lot paperwork for the school when you retrieve your hang tag
  • The auction begins at 6:00 am each morning and closes at 6:00 pm the same day
  • You must know the parking lot regulations and qualify for a parking spot
  • This is a nonrefundable auction
  • PTSA reserves the right to modify the schedule to help the flow of bidding
  • There will be "buy now" options and you can set increments for automatic proxy bidding.
  • If payment is NOT received within 72 hours of winning, the spot will go to the next highest bidder for that spot.
