Bidding starts on October 21st at 8:30 p.m. and the auctions are set to end on October 26th at 8:30 p.m.
Winners can pay online using the checkout or in person on site (cash/credit card only - Parents of GM students may pay by check). To expedite pick-up please pay at auction end for pick-up of items at Fall Festival.

IMPORTANT AUCTION INFORMATION:
Auctions: auctions are subject to change without notice before October 21st at 8:29 p.m. This could be listing errors, prices, photos, and or packages to create a more successful auction.
Pick Up: Item(s) are encouraged to be picked up the evening of our event, Oct 26th starting at 8:45 pm and/or October 29th (Monday morning) at 8-9 am at Grace Miller in the office.
PTA will be in the office collecting/distributing prizes. You can pay online and/or in person. Parents of GM can write checks, cash, or credit cards. If you win and checkout online, you can send the payment from your PayPal account as a gift to email@example.com and include auction # and name of item(s) won, name and phone number.
Shipping: We will not be shipping any of the winning items, no exceptions.
Grace Miller Elementary PTA and Grace Miller Elementary School are NOT responsible for listing/bidding errors. IMPORTANT, if you're on site (the evening of) we recommend that you turn off wi-fi and use the GTE/4G Network on your phone. This will help the wifi users to connect as a guest to BUSD faster!
No refunds. No cash value. Items are not to be sold for cash and/or transferrable. Bidder is responsible for all bids and/or resporting problems with tickets within 48 hours at end of auction. If there is a high winning bidder who doesn't pay within 4 business days, the item(s) will be offered to the next bidder, no exceptions.
