The auction is now open until Saturday, October 24th @ 7:30pm Central. Items will still be available until the auction closes, that is if someone doesn’t scoop them up with the “buy now” option.
Make sure to check out the Fund-a-Need event (Support the Naturalist Program/Mr. Brett and Knit Your Own Hat Class) at the bottom of the green drop down menu.
If you've won an item, you'll get a notification from Bidding Owl when the auction closes and then you will be able to check out. There is no need to process payments prior to the auction closing. Once the auction closes you can process your payment online via Paypal or pay by Venmo or check during pickup after the movie. If you would like to use a credit card, please checkout thru the PayPal option.
Lastly, we know how much you’ve already given and we honestly can’t thank you enough for your continued support! Bid High, Bid Often, and set up Max Bids for your favorite items (Under My Account/My Bids)! Have fun and good luck!
ITEM PICK-UP is immediately after the movie for an hour (approx. 8:30-9:30pm) on Saturday, Oct. 24th, 2020 at Hilltop. Please drive over immediately after the movie to pick-up or make arrangements for a friend/family member to grab your items. Don't let this discourage you though. We can make special arrangements. Please contact - WestonkaHilltopPTA@gmail.com to do so.
Please note that teacher/staff experiences and some other items do NOT need to be picked up and are noted in the item descriptions. You will receive a confirmation email with details regarding these items from the teacher/staff of PTA the week after the auction closes.
