The auction is now live until Saturday, October 15th at 3:00pm Central.  You may bid up until that time, or be sure to be a winner by clicking the "Buy Now" option! 

If you've won an item, you'll get a notification from Bidding Owl when the auction closes and then you will be able to check out.  There is no need to process payments prior to the auction closing.  Once the auction closes you can process your payment online via Paypal, pay by Venmo (@HilltopPTA) or check during pickup after the movie.  If you would like to use a credit card, please checkout thru the PayPal option.

Lastly, we know how much you’ve already given and we honestly can’t thank you enough for your continued support!  Bid High, Bid Often, and set up Max Bids for your favorite items (Under My Account/My Bids)!  Have fun and good luck!

ITEM PICK-UP is from 3:00-4:00pm on the day of Octoberfest (Oct 15). Don't let this discourage you though - we can make special arrangements! Please contact WestonkaHilltopPTA@gmail.com to do so.

Please note that teacher/staff experiences and some other items do NOT need to be picked up and are noted in the item descriptions. You will receive a confirmation email with details regarding these items from the teacher/staff or PTA the week after the auction closes.
