Since 1995, the Orthotic and Prosthetic Activities Foundation (OPAF) has been partnering with leaders across the U.S. to provide adaptive recreation programs to those with physical and mobility challenges. These opportunities, called First Clinics, take place throughout the country and teach participants that they can do so much more than they ever imagined. Our goal is to help as many people as possible say, “Yes, I Can!”
From our First Stride and First Things First clinics which introduce daily activity exercises to improve strength and gait, to First Clinics in Dance, Tennis, Swim and more, we see the ripple effect of our partnerships through our participants and their families that we serve. We know that too few physically challenged people engage in regular recreation activity. Too few are ever empowered to be able to do the things they love. Our First Clinics change that by introducing adaptive recreation in a safe and responsible way. The results are life-changing.
You can help OPAF in its mission through this auction. We'll be here, online, through February 13 and continue in our booth at the 44th annual AAOP meeting February 14-16.
And, to help celebrate Mardi Gras season, you can earn BEADS FOR BIDS! That's right, stop by OPAF's booth and, if you're a bidder, you'll receive beads for doing good!
Thank you for your support
