The goods and services offered through the PHS SGN Online Auction are provided on an "as is" basis. PHS SGN makes no representations or warranties and there are no conditions of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the goods and services offered through the online auction, including without limitation:

The Online Auction is open to anyone who is able to submit legal and authorized payment for item(s).

Starting and ending time is determined by the website clock. Bids will be accepted during this time period only. PHS SGN reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to extend, terminate or modify the online marketplace in the event of unforeseen technical difficulties that alter the proper functioning.

Bids may be placed online 24 hours per day at the Online Auction place.

The PHS SGN Committee will set a starting bid for each item. The starting bid is the minimum amount required to participate in the bidding for that item.

It is your responsibility to monitor the outcome and status of your bids on the Online Auction website.

The winning bidder will be notified at the end of the auction how to arrange for pick up or delivery of item(s).
