Payne Elementary Spring Auction
April 26, 2018
Our silent auction opens for pre-bidding from April 6th until April 20th. Then we will have an night of fun, food and family and silent bidding on Thursday, April 26th from 6-8pm in the Auditorium.
During the evening auction we will have free BBQ and free childcare. Kids are welcome and we will have BBQ and Mac and Cheese for dinner.
Since the online portion of the auction will end before the live event, bidders who attend the event will have the opportunity to outbid the highest bid received online.
Online bidders who are not outbid at the event will be notified that they have won, by email or phone within two days after the event. Online winners will be sent an electronic invoice within 2 days after the event. If the item can be shared electronically, it will be emailed after payment of the invoice is received. If it is a physical item, it will be available for pick up from a Hill East Neighbor.
Prizes not paid and claimed within 3 days after notification will be given to the next highest bidder
