Welcome to our 25^th Anniversary Gala online auction event!  We will be honoring our founders, celebrating our 25 years of service in southern Nevada and raising funds for a new Family Navigation Center.  Since 1996 Family Promise of Las Vegas has assisted children and their parents who are on the verge of, or currently experiencing homelessness, with food and shelter while working to achieve employment and sustainable housing. 

To continue to meet the growing needs of our community, Family Promise of Las Vegas has launched our Share the Promise capital campaign.  The campaign will provide the funds to furnish a new Family Navigation Center and enable our innovative programs to expand to match community need.  These funds will supplement a construction grant and land donation from Clark County, NV. Note all AUCTION RULES:

By bidding in the 25th Anniversary Gala Online Auction (the “Auction”) of Family Promise of Las Vegas, a Nevada nonprofit corporation (“FPLV”), you agree to all Auction rules set forth anywhere on the Auction website (as such rules may be updated and modified from time to time in the sole discretion of FPLV, these “Rules”), that FPLV may contact you through email, texting, phone, and any other communication method that you provide to FPLV, and that you represent and warrant to FPLV that all information contained in your Auction bid(s) is true, complete, and correct in all respects.  Some Auction item descriptions may specify restrictions as to, among other things, expiration dates, exclusions, and gratuities, but FPLV makes no representation or warranty of any kind or nature regarding whether such description accurately and completely lists every such restriction.  All winning bidders MUST pay for their Auction items in full by the close of the Auction on December 2, 2021 and PICK UP their items either by the end of the 25th Anniversary Gala event on the evening of December 2, 2021, or between December 6, 2021 - January 7, 2022 during FPLV’s normal business hours at its office located at 1410 S. Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89104. A valid driver’s license or other proof of identity acceptable to FPLV in its sole discretion will be required to pick up any item.  Auction items not claimed by winning bidders by close of business on Friday, January 7, 2022 will be automatically deemed to have been donated by such winning bidders to FPLV with such winning bidders automatically being deemed to have released all right, title, and interest in and to such items.  FPLV is not providing any tax advice in connection with the Auction; you should check with your tax advisor on any tax matters arising out of or relating to the Auction.

Without limiting the generality of the previous paragraph, by bidding in the Auction, you also agree with the following statements in this paragraph. All bids for and sales of Auction items are irrevocable and final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds of Auction items are permitted.  All items are auctioned by FPLV on an “AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS” basis and without any representations or warranties or assumptions of liability by FPLV of any kind or nature, whether expressed or implied.  FPLV and its board of directors, officers, employees, organizers, sponsors, donors, and volunteers shall have no liability for any failures, errors, or delays of any kind or nature in connection with the Auction.  FPLV reserves the rights, in its sole discretion and at any time, (1) to modify these Rules and to add or withdraw Auction items, and posting any such updated or modified Rules on the Auction website and adding or withdrawing Auction items from the Auction website constitutes constructive notice to you thereof, (2) to terminate or modify the Auction and to disqualify any bidder who tampers with the bidding process or the administration of the Auction, (3) to resolve any issues not expressly covered by these Rules.  The Auction and every aspect thereof, including, without limitation, these Rules, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law principles.  Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Auction or these Rules shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action in the state and federal courts of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.  Each bidder consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any defenses with respect thereto.  Damages, if any, shall be limited only to your actual, out-of-pocket costs in entering the Auction, and you waive any right to any other fees (including attorneys’ fees), costs, expenses, and other damages of any kind or nature, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable and whether based on negligence or otherwise.
