JCRC’s 75^th anniversary is such an important milestone, where we can look back at what’s been accomplished, and look ahead at what still needs to be done. 

As we look to JCRC’s next 75 years, we are making a difference in many ways including:

• our Israel Engagement team making real inroads to change the Israel conversation right here in Boston through our young adult programming, Boston Partners for Peace, and Israel Study Tours for civic leaders and clergy.
• our synagogue organizing team enabling 18 synagogues and over 400 volunteers to help our most vulnerable neighbors. We’ve successfully bonded over 100 out of detention, housed over 50 individuals and families coming out of detention, and accompanies immigrants to over 550 court hearings.
• already making history with a recently signed Massachusetts State Budget for 2020. This was a historic budget for our community, with JCRC’s imprint and values firmly affixed, because it is a budget that increased the public investment in our priorities to $8 million, while recognizing the value of partnership, community, and shared humanity.
