Carrollton Early Childhood PTA is a non-profit organization that is affiliated with the National PTA since 1958. CECPTA is comprised of more than 170 families in Carrollton, Texas, and surrounding areas. CECPTA is not associated with a particular school, but serves families of preschool-aged children. 

CECPTA used 100% of the money raised to promote the welfare of area children and their families through parent education, children’s programs, family activities, and community outreach to local schools and organizations. This year, a percentage of our proceeds will go to Genesis Women's Shelter to help women and children who are victims of domestic violence and our grant.
