Welcome to the Maryvale Parent Teacher Association (PTA)'s silent auction! This auction is open to everyone!

The auction runs from Saturday, May 6th @ 5 p.m. & ends on Saturday, May 13th @ 1 p.m. EDT.

Raffle Items:

Two tickets to Ed Sheeran at FedEx Field on 6/24 (1 Winner) $15/Ticket
One week of Summer Camp with Kids After Hours (1 Winner) $15/Ticket
Morning Announcement anchor for a day (k-4) (2 Winners) $5/Ticket
Hike the Billy Goat Trail A with Mme. Payot (10 Winners) $10/Ticket
Craft Activity with Mme. Horchler & Mme. Nicimpaye (10 Winners) $10/Ticket
Chapter Book Gift Bag (Retails $45) (1 Winner) $4/Ticket

Raffle tickets will range in price from $4-$15. Enter as many times as you would like. A winner will be chosen at random. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each item prior to the drawing date.

HOW WILL THE MONEY BE USED:

The PTA uses funds raised from the auction to support items and events not covered by the public school budget. Some examples of things the PTA provides:

School supplies
Books for the library
Instruments for the music department
Resources for the school counselor
Staff Support Grants
Staff appreciation events
Licenses for online educational content
...AND MORE!!

Your generous donation to our PTA via bidding in the auction makes all of these wonderful opportunities for our students possible.

HOW MUCH OF THE MONEY GOES BACK TO THE SCHOOL/PTA?:
About 93% of the money raised from the silent auction will go directly to the Maryvale Elementary PTA (the remaining 7% is for credit card processing fees and the auction site hosting fee).

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
You may pay for online/silent auction items online via credit card or by cash or check made out to the "Maryvale Elementary PTA". Cash or check will need to be received by Friday, May 19th.

PICKING UP ITEMS:
Most items can be received via email or taken home after the auction. However if you are unable to attend the auction on May 13th, the item needs to be picked up from the school by Friday, May 19th. Other arrangements can be made by emailing fundraising@maryvalepta.org
