Welcome to Beebe's annual online auction fundraiser!

Ready to help raise money for Beebe Home & School?

Once a year we provide an online auction that allows Home & School to continue to provide educational resources and experiences to our students and their families.

Please check out the wide range of activities for kids, adults, and families provided by generous donors throughout the Naperville and Chicagoland areas.

Bidding closes on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 10:30 pm CST (11:30 pm EST).

Please note the time zone difference and focus on the COUNTDOWN because we are unable to change the time zone on the website.

Tips:

Register and set up your bidding owl account now.
There is no app so you will need to use your browser to navigate bidding owl (on your computer or smartphone).
When you setup your account you can select to receive text or email notifications when you have been out-bid. We highly recommend doing this if there is an item that you really want to win!
When you login, on the top left corner you can change your view to 180 items to be able to scroll down to see all of the auction items. You can also select and view categories separately.
There are more detailed descriptions of the auction items when you click on the specific item. You will also find options for buy now and you can select your bid.
Can't attend the event? No problem, this auction is online and open to all Beebe families.

Pickup of items:

We will offer a porch pickup process on Sunday October 23rd. Further details will be in your payment instructions on your invoice.

Payment is due prior to pickup directly through the integrated PayPal system (no paypal account necessary) when you get your winning bidder email. If your item is not paid for you will not be able to leave with that item. We will also accept checks which can be made out to Beebe Home & School (insufficient funds are subject to a $25 fee).

Bidding is only allowed for supporters that are associated with our organization. We reserve the right to delete bids from supporters that are not part of our community.
