The St Jude Runs is an annual charity event benefitting St Jude Children's Research Hospital. This years event will take place on July 18, 2020.

Since its 1982 inception, the St Jude Runs have raised more than $61,851,461 to further the lifesaving mission of St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Families never receive a bill from St Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - because all a family should worry about is helping thier child live.

St Jude has helped push the childhood survival rate from less than 20% when we opened to 80% today. We won't stop until no child dies from cancer. Our founder believed that "no child should die in the dawn of life", and we've spent more than half a century focusing on our mission: Finding cures. Saving lives.

St Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.

If not for Covid 19 restrictions, our group of runners would depart Galesburg and trek 53 miles to Peoria to join in the annual St Jude Run and Telethon. This charitable event helps to raise money that goes 100% to support the efforts of St Jude Children's Research Hospital, where care is provided to children regardless of their ability to pay for services.
