Welcome to the Huyck Preserve's 2023 silent auction! Our online auction allows our supporters, both near and far, to participate. Auction items can be viewed through this site or in-person at our Gala cocktail party held outside the Eldridge Research Center on Lincoln Pond on August 5th. We hope you plan to attend. The Huyck Preserve and Biological Research Station is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to education, recreation, conservation, and research. Located in Rensselaerville in the beautiful hill country southwest of Albany, N.Y., our 2,000+ acres attract researchers, educators, students, and recreationists.

The Huyck Preserve will not refund auction items once they are purchased. All purchases are final. 

Our auction runs from 8:00 am August 4th to 8:00 pm August 5th. 

Winning bidders attending the in-person Gala dinner may pick-up items at the end of the event. Others will be contacted to set-up an appoinment to pick-up items from the Huyck Preserve office Monday-Thursday and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. Items must be picked-up and paid for within 14 days of the auction. Items cannot be shipped. If paying at the auction through PayPal, please bring a copy of proof of payment for our records.
