Each year, approximately 2.7 million dogs and cats are killed because shelters are too full and there aren’t enough adoptive homes. I get messages daily of people needing to surrender their dogs and as of now we aren't able to help. We had a message just before the auction asking if we could take in a 7 1/2 year old dog. If we couldn't help the dog would be euthanized. This breaks my heart but we don't have the capability at this time. This auction is more important than ever because we need your help to expand and begin taking in dogs as well as helping more cats in need. 

Our online Auction officially kicks off at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2022 and will run through Saturday, October 29, 2022. There are various items including gift certificates, handmade items, home decor, gift baskets and more. All proceeds will go directly to the animals in the shelter.  We are desperately trying to raise funds for a new facility so we can house more animals in need and provide the best possible care that they deserve.
