MERR will be holding its annual Finraiser online this year in light of Covid-19 safety practices. But as always, we will be offering many wonderful items donated by our generous community of businesses, artists, and service providers who believe in our mission of marine mammal and sea turtle resuce. We give extra thanks and recognition to those businesses who found a way to donate to our Finraiser despite the duress created by the economic impact of the pandemic. And to those who couldn't donate this year, we extend our heartfelt wishes that things will improve.
Our event will kick off on November 14th. Tune in between 5:00-6:00pm to hear our honored guest speakers, and our Director who will provide a presentation on the stranding events of 2020.
Admission is free, but donations are gladly accepted. V.I.P. tickets are available for $60, and will include a reusable hemp bag with MERR's logo, filled with a bottle of champagne, 2 champagne flutes with MERR's logo and delectable confections for two people. Enjoy these as you tune into our broadcast from the comfort and safety of your home.
The silent auction and raffle will run from November 14th through December 4th. Holiday shopping opportunities abound with all proceeds going to benefit marine mammal and sea turtle rescue and ocean conservation. All purchases will be available for pick up at MERR, with local deliver available for some items. Purchases can be shipped within the continental US-shipping costs are the responsiblity of the buyer.
