Welcome to the Keokuk Art Center's on-line auction!

Since its beginning as the Keokuk Art Club in the 1950's, the Keokuk Art Center of Keokuk, Iowa has been contributing to the cultural life of the Tri-State Area by promoting the visual arts through exhibitions, classes and lectures and the annual Artists in the Schools Program.

The Art Center's largest yearly fundraiser, the Festival of Trees and Gifts Auction, has once again been canceled.  However, the need for funds continues and we intend to offer a "virtual"  Festival of Trees and Gifts on -line auction.

The funds will allow us to continue to promote the visual arts in the area school and community.  Please join us in this new venture!

 Items are available for pick up only.  Shipping is available, only with special arrangement. Gift baskets and framed art with glass is not available for shipping.  Pick up is scheduled for Friday, November 26th and Saturday, November 27th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the River City Mall, Keokuk, Iowa on 300 Main Street.  For other arrangements call 319/524-1221.

BIDDER REGISTRATION AND TIPS

 GETTING STARTED

1) Enter the auction's URL, https://www.biddingowl.com/keokukartcenter, into your browser's address field.  You can freely view auction items at any time, by clicking the button "View Items" located just beneath the Festival of Trees logo in the upper left of portion of the screen.  You can view all items or view them  by category. You will be directed to register as a bidder or sign in as a bidder the first time you place a bid.

2) Click on "Register"(top right corner) and follow the short registration process.  If you are registering from your mobile phone, click on the menu button and select "Register".   IMPORTANT/GOOD TO KNOW: in order to receive text message notifications, enter your telephone number under "Account Details".You will receive text messages when you are outbid.

3)  You will be directed to your email to confirm your registration.  Once you have confirmed, sign back in as a bidder and continue bidding. Note - you will receive updates in yur email when you have been outbid on an item.

YOUR BIDDINGOWL.COM ACCOUNT

1)Enter www.BiddingOwl.com into your browser's address field.

2) Click on Bidder Sign In (at top of the page)

3) Enter your Email login and Password to review your account.  View your Bid Status and Bid History by clicking on "My Bids".

4) BIDDING WINNERS for ONLINE items will be contacted at the close of the auction on Novermber 24th after 5 p.m.

ONLINE BIDDING 

1) Browse the categories in your auction at https://www.biddingowl.com/keokukartcenter.

2) Click on the photo to see more information and more photos for each item.

3) Select item you would like to bid on (Bidding begins November 12th at 7:00 a.m.)

4) Enter a correct bid amount into the field provided (note the minimum bid increments)

5)Click Bid and Confirm Bid

6) Congratulations! You are the current high bidder for the item.

FINAL ONLINE CHECK OUT

1) On or after the close of the Auction on November 24th at 5:00 p.m., log into your Bidder Account to view your Bidder History.

2) Click on the Shopping Cart in the top right corner of the page and follow the short checkout process.  Only items that you have WON can be checked out.

3)Bidding Owl will give you the options for how to pay for your winning bids.  Those options will be  iether PayPal or Credit Card. (Note: shipping costs will be a separate invoice.
