The Vacation Extravaganza Auction is filled with great items for you and your family.  Because it is online you have extra time to bid and check on your bids.

The bidding will start on Friday, June 9 at 5pm and will close on Monday, June 12 at 9:15pm. We will also have "preview" days at the theatre so that you can come by and take a closer look at our wonderful array of merchandise.  Friday June 9 from 12 - 5pm, Saturday June 10 and Sunday June 11 from 12 - 2pm as well as during the intermission of all performances of KINKY BOOTS this weekend. Stop by during those times and check out all the items that you can bid on!

To get started with the online auction just click on the button on the top left of this page that says “View Items”  A drop down menu will appear and you can select a category that you are interested in or choose “All items” to see everything.  Once you find an item you want to bid on just click on that item to go to the bid page.

If you want to be notified when you’ve been outbid by text just click on “My Account” at the top right corner of this page, then “Account Details” from that drop down menu and you can input a cell number and click on the box that says “Receive text messages when outbid”. If you get a text saying you have been outbid you can just click on the link provided and it takes you right back to that item where you can up your bid.

If you have the winning bid for an item at the close of the auction you can pick up the item at the Theatre any weekday between 12-5pm.  Items can be paid for with cash, checks or credit cards. If you need an item shipped just call the theatre 828-327-3855 to pay for your item (plus shipping costs, sorry!) by credit card.
