A Charity Auction Event
Welcome, and thank you for supporting Franklin Woman’s Club’s online auction!
The Franklin Woman's Club has a long history of serving the community (Franklin Township, Somerset County, NJ). Over the years, our highly regarded Tricky Trays have raised over $100,000 for college scholarship awards for local high school girls, as well as other community initiatives. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, not only were we unable to hold our 27th Annual event this past spring, we have also had to incur expenses to store some of the beautiful prize baskets we had prepared! We are hoping to be able to hold our 27th Annual Tricky Tray this coming spring, and wish to express our gratitude to both our prize donors and our ticket holders.
In the meantime, we are offering a great selection of items here just in time for holiday gift giving. We have items of interest to men, women and children, ranging from cosmetics, collectibles and Christmas décor, to small kitchen appliances, themed gift baskets, and gift certificates to nail salons and restaurants (take-out options available). Whether you are familiar with our organization or just warming up to us, please take a moment to browse through our auction items. We hope you may find it in your heart to be generous.
Here are some tips for navigating this auction site:
- There is no need to create an account to look at items. When you decide to place a bid, you will need to create an account, which is done by clicking on “Register.”
- After clicking on an item to see details, the best way to go back to your previous page is to use the back arrow of your browser. Otherwise you might have to scroll back down to where you left off looking.
- The default number of items to view at a time is 20. When viewing items, we recommend you move to the bottom left of your screen and select 120 items, so that you can see everything on one page and don’t have to click to go from page to page. It’s faster, plus we don’t want you to miss anything!
The auction ends on Sunday, Nov 8, 2020 at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Auction items can be picked up between 2 PM - 4 PM on Sunday, Nov. 15 at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 3330 Rt. 27, Kendall Park, NJ (across the street from Sonic and the Franklin Park Super Stop & Shop). Gift cards and gift certificates can be mailed to the winning bidder. Email Joanne at jmurset@hotmail.com if you have any questions.
