Over the course of 33 years, the Friends of MercyOne Cedar Falls have gifted MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center nearly $2 million dollars, just in proceeds alone from the annual Festival of Trees project. The money raised through this annual celebration benefits the continuing Mission of offering compassionate health care to transform the health of the community that MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center serves. Through the years, Festival of Trees has raised funds for hospital renovations, plus new and improved services and equipment.

All proceeds this year from Festival of Trees will help to support the MercyOne Cedar Falls Foundation's Annual Campaign "Investing in Our Future". Your gift will help with the $267,000 - MRI technology upgrade at MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center. The current MRI is ten years old & like all technology, MRI is rapidly advancing and improving every two to three years. Last year, 2,159 exams were conducted at MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center and we anticipate more than 2,400 this fiscal year. This new technology will accommodate for more detailed studies and support all patient needs.
