MMEDO is made up of families of orchestra, chorus, band and students from every music ensemble at Metuchen High School who, like our children, feel passionate about music and its beneficial effects on education.  The MMEDO is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization devoted to supporting students in the MHS Music Department in all of their needs connected to Music education.

Our biggest annual fundraiser is Designer Bag Bingo but due to COVID-19 this year we will be holding an online auction here with BiddingOwl.com.

The Prize Auction for Designer Bag Blues will begin on February 12th 8pm and run through February 21st at 8pm.

To Register as a BIDDER:

-Go to Top Right of Screen.

-Click Register.

-Sign Up on Form.

*Please make sure to check a notification box at bottom of form so you can receive Alerts when OUTBID!

If you DO NOT register You will ONLY be able to Preview Items even After Auction Starts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (Please Read) 

PAYMENT:

Please pay for Items within 48 hours of the close of Auction. Upon winning, bidders will be sent an email invoice to check out with options for payment. Payments not received within the 48 hours will constitute a forfeiture of that winning item; they will  then remain property of MMEDO. Fees per item includes a nominal processing fee of $1.00.  Shipping charges are not automatically included. 

PICK UP and DELIVERY -

* All Items are available for Local Pick-Up in Metuchen. Winning bidders will be notified of pick up locale and details.  The pick up options are as follows: Wed the 24th in the evening and Sat the 27th, daytime.  

For out of state or non-local bidders ONLY, shipping is available and based on USPS charges.  If shipping is required, MMEDO will invoice winning bidder a final cost to cover fees. (Please email treasurer@mmeo.org PRIOR to online PAYMENT if you are non-local and requesting shipping.)  Full Payment is required prior to shipping. An additional or revised invoice will be sent.

Alcohol Policy:

Baskets containing alcohol are reserved for bidders age 21 or over.  

*There are NO returns or exchanges offered. All Sales are Final.  MMEDO makes no guarantees nor offers any warranties as all items are donated from third parties.

Grill Note: Should you win the grill, Home Depot of Edison will contact you directly for delivery arrangements. MMEDO is not responsible for delivery of the Grill.
