The Purse Committee has diligently worked to raise money for these two amazing programs that operate throughout the year. We sincerely thank you for your support.

Starting March 18th at 8am, all of our auction items will be available online to view and to bid on by logging in and then clicking on the green drop down box menu "VIEW ITEMS" on the top of this page.

To begin bidding:

-       If you don't have a Bidding Owl account, you may register at the top of the page and create a username. Click on "Login/Register"(You can create any username if you choose to keep your bidding name private). Next, you can enter in all your bidding information, including a user name and a cell number to receive updates on your item.

-       If you already have a Bidding Owl account, click on "Login" at the top of the page.

-       You are now set to start bidding! Have fun and good luck shopping!

Donation Raffles: Click on green drop down box menu "VIEW ITEMS" at the top of this page and go to the Fund-A-Need and More. Then select one of the Donation Raffle Items. For your monetary donation of selected amount, your name will be entered in the drawing of your choosing. For example, if you select 5 Tickets for $20 for the Beach Fun Basket, all tickets will go into that drawing item. We are unable to separate tickets, but you may buy tickets for more than one raffle item. Your total is risible at the bottom of the page. Tickets need to be paid prior to the raffle drawings.

Pre-Bidding: Starts at 8:00 am on Friday, March 18th and runs until Friday, March 25th at 8:00 am. At the time regular bidding commences.

ONLINE AUCTION: Our Online Auction starts at 8:00am on Friday, March 25th and runs until Friday, March 25th at 8:00pm.

PAYMENT: Winning bidders, please check out and pay through this Bidding Owl website after the auction closes at 8:00pm on Friday, March 25th. Please submit payment by 9:00pm on Friday, March 25th.

PICKUP: All items may be picked up at our Drive-Thru Pick Up on Saturday, March 26th from 12pm-2pm at the United Way of Adams County, 123 Buford Ave, Gettysburg, PA 17325. Contact Laura McMahon at lmcmahon@uwadams.org for other necessary pick up arrangements. 

JEWELRY: All the pieces of pre-owned jewelry were donated to us by an estate and they may show evidence of a previous life; signs of wear, dents, scratches, oxidation, broken stones, etc. We have striven to be accurate and transparent in our descriptions on all pieces of jewelry. All jewelry is sold “as is” and all sales are final.

TERMS OF SALE: All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds. The United Way of Adams County does not make any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees on auction items regarding quality or value of items or services.
