Since the inception of the Na'amat Canada Calgary's School Supplies for Kids (SSFK) program in 1998, more than 22,000 children who have taken refuge in Calgary and Southern Alberta domestic violence and homeless shelters have received a new backpack filled with school supplies. Forced to leave everything behind, these children typically arrive at the shelters with little more than the clothes on their backs. The SSFK program fully equips these children with the tools they need to resume their education with dignity and hope.

Since the onset of COVID-19, across Canada domestic violence has increased by 30%, and the need for our SSFK program is greater than ever. Together with your support we can make these children's lives a little brighter.

GREAT NEWS: Our SSFK program was chosen as a recipient of the Shaw Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink (BFK) matching program. BFK is a non-profit program run under the Calgary Shaw Charity Classic Foundation.

BFK will match up to 50% of all funds raised from this auction including donations, making your support go even further!
