Kaysera was just 18 when she was murdered two years ago and nobody knows what happened to her, or why. Her body was found on a busy street in broad daylight, but even to this day the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office, the FBI, and the Montana Department of Justice refuse to investigate.

Obviously, Kaysera’s family need to know what happened, yet her killers are getting away with murder.
