The annual Dodgeville Elementary School Auction is coming. Online bids will be accepted on all items beginning Sunday, March 3, 2019, at 6:00 a.m. and will end at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2019.
Any of the items listed as "Live Auction Items" will then transfer over to the LIVE auction that will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. with the LIVE auction starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Dodgeville Elementary School gym.
Any items listed as "Silent Auction Items" that don't receive a bid during the online auction will be placed in the LIVE auction. Absentee Bid forms will be sent home with students prior to the LIVE auction.
Bidding is only allowed for supporters that are associated with our organization. We reserve the right to delete bids from supporters that are not part of our community. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED OR MAILED.
Winners for the Silent Auction Items will need to pay for their items via PayPal. For LIVE Auction items, we will accept cash and check payments! Checks can be made payable to DES PTC. Credit cards will also be accepted; however, they will only be accepted onsite Saturday, March 16, 2019. Please note: Any credit card payments will have a 2.75% fee added onto the total. For example, if your total is $100 and you want to pay via credit card, the total you will pay will be $102.75.
At our 2018 auction, we raised just over $7,000.00 dollars. With that money and this year's monies, we are planning on purchasing an indoor/outdoor sensory wall or sensory walk, playground equipment, and/or sponsor class field trips.
