The annual Dodgeville Elementary School Auction is under way.  This year our auction will be ONLINE ONLY.  Bids will be accepted on all items beginning Sunday, March 1, 2020, at 6:00 a.m. and will end at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2020.

Bidding is only allowed for supporters that are associated with our organization. We reserve the right to delete bids from supporters that are not part of our community.  NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED OR MAILED.  At the Auction's conclusion, items can be picked up at the Dodgeville Elementary School.  Time and date of pick up to be determined.

Winners for the Auction Items will need to pay for their items online via PayPal or by check.

If you have a child in ELP, K, 1st or 2nd Grade your items will be available for pick-up with your childs homework on Friday, April 3rd at your designated time.

11:00 ma - 1:00 pm - 1st Grade 

2:00 - 4:00 pm - 2nd Grade 

4:00 - 6:00 pm - ELP

4:00 - 6:00 pm - 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade Auction item pick up in the North Lot only if you do not have a student in ELP, K, 1st or 2nd Grade.

If you are unavailable at these times please email  the DES PTC at desptc@ymail.com to arrange an alternate date and time. 

At our 2019 auction, we raised just under $7,000.00 dollars.  With that money we were able to support many things at DES.  We purchesed two new outdoor basketball hoops and have designated funds for the purchase of a sensory path and a gaga ball pit play system.

Proceeds from this years auction will be used to purchase Big Blue Blocks by Imagination Playground.  Imagination Playground is an inovative play system that transforms any space into a play space that encourages learning, social development, movement and of course fun!

This event would not be possible without the continued support of people and businesses like you, thank you for your support of our work.  Businesses and names will be listed with the item they so generously donated.
