Thank you for visiting the AWMI Toronto Chapter virtual Auction!

Due to the ongoing uncertainty and ever-changing regulations around gatherings we wern't able to hold our golf tournament for 2021. This is one of our favorite networking and social events so we will miss seeing you all!

The Golf tournament has long been our main fundraising effort, so this year we’re shaking things up with a virtual auction. The Bidding will run from August 5^th until the 12^th. 

The funds raised go towards sustaining the chapter’s ability to provide quality, relevant speakers and events throughout the year, and to support our conference scholarship fund.

Check back often, we'll be adding more items to bid on!

We will also be holding a virtual zoom gala to end off the auction -There will be a chance to win random draw prizes if you attend, but bidders don't need to be present to bid/win on any items.

The Online Gala Event will be on Thursday August 12th, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm EST

Bidding will close at 6:15 pm Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, August 12, 2021.

Payment - Payments will be collected through the Bidding Owl payment program which utilizes PayPal.  When you are the winning bidder, you will receive a text and email (per your registered information) for each item won. You will receive a final invoice by email with the amount due for all successful bids and raffle/shipping purchases in Bidding Owl.

All sales are final.  Items are sold as-is, no exchanges or refunds will be made.  Please read item descriptions carefully.  Some auction items may have restrictive use or qualifications.  Auction items represented with certificates or product(s) or services must be presented to the donor for completion of purchase.  The certificates are not negotiable for cash, credit, or payment of prior accounts.

Certain items sold are not physical goods and may represent the promise of the donor to deliver services.  We suggest contact be made within 30 days after the auction.  AWMI is not responsible for the delivery of these services.

Some items have minimum bids.  The value stated is approximate and is not warranted by AWMI for tax purposes or for general value.  Any questions, contact your accountant.

AWMI is a Not-for-Profit Organization.  AWMI receives gifts from individuals and businesses to be used for sale at the auction.   AWMI does not investigate or ensure the safety of any item or the safety of its use.  Purchasers are encouraged to investigate the safety at any time before its use.

AWMI makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition or quality of any item sold including, without limitation, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.  Occasionally items are sold with written
