Earlier this year we had to take down the beloved holly tree in front of our Sanctuary. We saved some of the wood from the tree, and our church member, Jim Mellberg, who is a very talented wood turner, created wood turned bowls out of the holly tree. All the pieces are signed by the artist.

These beautiful one of a kind bowls honor our church history and the gift of the holly tree. They make for great gifts as well as decorative additions to your home. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the ministries of The Congregational Church, UCC in Tryon.

Stop by the church from 11 AM - 12 PM on Sunday, September 12, 2021 to view the bowls in person. The auction will close at end of day on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
