Equine Outreach is a nonprofit horse rescue and rehabilitation ranch in Bend, OR. We accept as many abused, abandoned, neglected, senior, or medically compromised equines as possible every year. Each horse, on average, costs $4,000 a year to provide proper housing, grain, hay, veterinarian care, medicine and supplements, and special shoes and other equipment. Some of our horses become sanctuary or hospice horses who remain in our care, while others are carefully adopted out to new loving homes. Please help us rescue more horses. We get calls every week about horses from terrible backgrounds who need a home where they can be cared for and live out their days in peace. Every piece of art that you purchase helps in that mission and will go towards the winter care of our herd -- it will also serve as a reminder of the good you are helping us do when it hangs on your wall.
