The Second Year Medical Student Auction is hosted annually by the second year students of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. This tradition of UMSOM allows for participation from students, parents, friends, and faculty!

The Class of 2025 auction will be held online starting on Thursday, November 10, 2022 and will be open through Thursday, December 1, 2022. 

Funds raised from the auction will be used to support student activities, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to House of Ruth Maryland, an organization that provides services and shelter to victims of intimate partner violence, as well as outreach, education, and advocacy for this cause.

Our volunteers are working on gathering donations and we will continue to add a variety of unique and exciting auction items and experiences donated by the local businesses of our Baltimore community, our SOM faculty members, and students and their family members! 

Bidders must be at least 18 years of age. 

We will host pick-up days for winners at the School of Medicine on December 2, 5, and 6. Pick-up details will be sent to winners.

Bidding is only allowed for supporters that are associated with UMB/UMSOM (faculty/staff, students, families, friends). We reserve the right to delete bids from supporters that are not part of our community.
