The 2023 SPLASH event benefits the Surfrider Foundation, Huntington Seal Beach Chapter. The organizations sole purpose is the protection of the "world's ocean, waves and beaches for all to enjoy through a powerful activist network." The day it self revolves around a Splash in the Ocean at high noon, a costume contest sponsored by TruBowl Superfood Bar, music, and much more! Starts at 9am on January 1st.

In order to support this mission, the chapter relies on core members, active paying members, sponsors and donors in order to help make make the mission a reality. We do this through our many programs: Adopt a Channel, Blue Water Task Force, Clean Your Harbor, Education, Hold on to your Butts, Ocean Friendly Restaurants, Ocean Friendly Gardens, Rise Above Plastics and our on-going legislative campaigns in order to foster a better ocean environment.
