Our Mission is to bring yoga and wellness to communities with limited access to its healing.

We believe in the healing powers of re-establishing mind/body connection and seek to remove the suffering caused by barriers that come from economic hardship, systemic bias and prejudice.  

We are celebrating our first year of providing yoga for our community and our precious children with our first ever Gala and Auction on February 25.
