Our Mission is to bring yoga and wellness to communities with limited access to its healing.

We believe in the healing powers of re-establishing mind/body connection and seek to remove the suffering caused by barriers that come from economic hardship, systemic bias and prejudice.  

We are celebrating our second year of providing yoga to our community and our precious children with our Second Annual Gala and Auction on February 24, 2023.
