Learning Festival is back! And so is the popular silent auction!

The PTO relies on funds raised through this silent auction to fund its activities throughout the year. The PTO supports the school and its students, teachers, and families in so many ways from extra literacy aids for our younger students to 6th grade graduation celebrations.

Learning Festival will be on May 12, 2023 from 5:30-8:00pm. This year, our auction will include pre-bidding and some items will have "buy it now" options on this site! This means that you have a chance to take home an auction item even if you can't attend Learning Festival.

Pre-bidding will run from Friday, May 5th at 12:00 noon and will close Thursday, May 11th at 10:00pm. All bids will carry over to the in-person silent auction during Learning Festival, and the item will be won by the highest bidder at the end of the night. That means if you don't want to get outbid at the event, consider "buying it now"!

All proceeds from the silent auction will go directly to support the University Elementary PTO. Thank you to our generous local businesses and UES families who donated auction items.

Payment Options:

You can pay by credit direclty through this site, or in-person at Learning Festival with cash or credit.

Pickup/delivery options:
1. At Learning Festival, University Elementary, May 12, 2023 from 5:30-8:00pm
2. In the UES office on Monday, May 15th or Tuesday, May 16th during school hours.
3. Arrange alternate pickup/delivery by emailing universitypto@outlook.com.
