BCEF requires all bidders to register online at Biddingowl.com and to be 18 years of age. If you are a student and are not 18, your parent/guardian must bid for you.

Door N will be open for students to enter BHS before school this year; however, upon returning from off-campus at any other time, students will need to walk around the front of the building, as in the past. The reserved student spots will make this convenient.

Student spots are reserved for use only during school days from 7 AM to 4 PM.  Bulldog reserved parking spots may be used 24/7. BCEF will not monitor parking spots after hours or be responsible for removal of unauthorized vehicles.

Any student parking in one of these reserved spots at BHS will still be required to purchase a parking permit from the school at their own expense for use during school hours.

NOTE:  The auction software requires that you bid on a particular spot.  You are welcome to bid on more than one at a time, but if you win more than one, you will be expected to pay for more than one.

You can sign up to receive alerts if you've been outbid. In order to receive Text Message Outbid Notifications, enter your telephone number and opt-in under your Account Details. You will receive automatic text messages when you've been outbid. This message will contain a link that directs you back to your Bidder account for convenience.

Winning bidders will automatically receive an email explaining how to pay by credit card at the end of the auction.  Payment is expected within 24 hours of the close of the auction.  If payment is not received, BCEF reserves the right to award the item to the next highest bidder.

Spots may be used by the winners from approximately Monday, August 21, 2023 through Thursday, May 23, 2024.

If you have any questions, email BCEF executive director Anne Wilson at awilson@batesville.k12.in.us

BCEF reserves the right to limit our auction to individuals who are associated with our organization/school corporation or who are bidding on behalf of them.  The bids of individuals/organizations which appear to be fraudulent/spam may be deleted at the discretion of BCEF.
