The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention was founded in 1987. Our mission is to save lives and support those who have been affected by suicide. It's the 12th leading cause of death in Michigan and the 2nd leading cause of death in ages 10-34 in Michigan. Suicide is preventable.

The Rogers City/Northeast Michigan Out of the Darkness Walk committee is hosting an online fundraising auction. We are raising money to bring educational programs, support, advocacy and research to our community to help end suicide.

Our auction will start on Monday, October 9th and continue through until Monday, October 23rd at 12:00 pm EST.

We hope that you'll be generous in donating for these wonderful auction items that have been donated by our local businesses and families. Our goal this year is to raise $25,000 and we are so close.
