East Valley Children's Theatre has been serving kids and their families for 26 seasons. We are a proud founding resident company of the beautiful Mesa Arts Center, where we offer 4 main stage productions and 1 jr. main stage production annually. We also provide classes, camps, performance troupes, workshops, playwriting contests, student playwriting festivals, East Valley Kids Got Talent, a Cabaret, a theatre technical program, and an adaptive theatre program for differently abled students. 

We see lives transformed before our eyes. Some of those lives are on the stage. Some work behind the scenes building sets, creating props, working as tech crew, running flies, or designing or directing. Some of them are in our audiences.

All of this is possible thanks to our generous donors, grantors, and the families who choose EVCT for theatre training. EVCT kids learn to show up on time, prepared to work with others, creating something bigger than themselves. They gain confidence, disipline, important time management skills, and they develop a strong sense of self. Most importantly, they learn to value every person engaged in the process of bringing stories to life.
