Baker School PTO's 2020 online auction CLOSES ON THURSDAY, 2/13/2020, AT 9:00 PM.

All proceeds from the auction will go towards the Baker School PTO Annual Fund, which allows the PTO to continue to pay for things like Baker's BrainPop subscription, registration fees for teachers to attend various professional development conferences, Baker's Makerspace supplies and tools, book display furniture for the library, learning enrichment activities for students, teacher supplies, etc.  

This auction site is where you can view all the wonderful things we have up for bid from generous donors.  Feel free to share with family and friends.

Check back often as NEW ITEMS are added daily!  Please make sure you place your highest bid in the proxy bid box or you may lose out on winning your auction item!  All items (except BKR bags) are up for bid to the highest bidder so if you see a bid on something you want, just bid at least the minimum bid increment and it could be yours.  A little friendly bidding helps us raise more for the school!

All auction purchases are final and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Some items are available to Baker School families ONLY. This will be indicated in the item's description.

If you purchase a Reuseable BKR Bag, you will be taken to a checkout page for you to pay immediately.  They are only $10 each!  There is NO 5% transaction FEE for the BKR bags so they are not visible under the "all items" menu; look for them at the bottom of the drop down menu under "Fund-a-Need and more".  You may pick up your bag(s) at CultureFest or email bakerschoolauction@gmail.com to make special arrangements.

How you'll receive your item if you win: At the close of the auction, you will receive an email indicating if you have won an item, and you will be provided directions on paying for your item. Once you have paid for your item, you may receive it by: (1) pick up at the PTO Culturefest event at Baker School on Saturday March 7, 2020 at 3-5PM; (2) email; or (3) special arrangement.  If you win a gift certificate that can be emailed, we will send it to you to your email listed in your Bidding Owl account as soon as possible after payment has been verified. You do not need to contact us.

Out-of-town winning bidders who are unable to pick up their items in Chestnut Hill, MA will be responsible for shipping costs on any large items. This will be indicated in the item's description. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated via e-mail prior to shipment. Check the description to see if this applies to your item of interest.
