Oakwood Friends School's 18th Annual Community Dinner and Auction will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the beautiful Locust Grove Estate in Poughkeepsie.  The event will benefit the 2022-23 Annual Fund. To Purchase Tickets and for Further Information Click Here.

This special event is our signature fundraiser for Oakwood’s Annual Fund. We share this delightful evening with our community, including current and former Oakwood parents, friends, faculty, alumni and Board Members.

In keeping with the original ‘spirit’ of previous years, we are delighted to announce Tim & Laurel Sweeney, of Stone Ridge Wines and Spirits, parents of Sean '09, have generously offered once again to be our premier partner, providing a perfectly sparkling bubbly for our delicious cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, and an array of perfectly matched wines to  pair with a decadent three course dinner expertly prepared again this year by Cosimo’s.  

The event features Oakwood student performances and art work as well as a diverse Silent and Live Auction that has something for everyone. The auction features a wide array of local experiences, specialty items, services and gift certificates to local eateries available for bidding. Some items will be part of a Live Auction at the event and will also be available online to peruse and bid on one week prior to the event.  Everyone near and far is welcome to lend their support!
