The Brier Creek Elementary PTA is hosting our 9th annual auction and the PTA's spring fundraiser. Proceeds from the auction will be used to enhance and enrich our children’s educational experience at BCES, by funding vital educational programs.

We have over $16,000  worth of exciting, fun and unique items to our auction. Feel free to share the auction webpage with grandparents, friends and co-workers. They are free to bid on all auction items.

THIS YEAR THE AUCTION WILL AGAIN BE EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE.  

THE AUCTION WILL CLOSE AT THE CARNIVAL, FRIDAY May 17 at 7:00pm  

When the auction closes, you will have the option to pay online via Paypal or credit card. If you wish to pay for your auction items by cash or check (payable to Brier Creek PTA), please come to one of the auction pick up times.

Auction Pick-Up:

Friday, May 17 7:30 - 8:00pm (at the carnival)
Monday, May 20 8:45am - 9:45am (lobby)
Tuesday, May 21 2:45pm - 3:45pm (lobby)
Wednesday, May 22 8:45am- 9:45am (lobby)

If items are not paid for by Wednesday, May 22, and we have not heard from you, we will move to the next highest bidder.
