The Geneva Academic Foundation (GAF) has premium location and reserved seats for these upcoming events, available via on-line auction:
2018 Geneva High School Graduation Ceremony & Geneva Middle School North and Geneva Middle School South Promotion Ceremonies
These will be sold again this year via on-line auction as a GAF Fundraising Event!! The funds raised by this event will help the GAF to support teacher grant funding for classroom materials in Geneva School District 304 to enrich the education of Geneva students throughout the District.
The Geneva Academic Foundation's mission is to provide students new educational experiences, ideas, and opportunities by funding grants for technology, services, programs and equipment for teachers, schools and classrooms throughout Geneva Community school District 304, grades K through 12.
The seats being auctioned are as follows:
Geneva High School Graduation (Seat Set #1)—4 seats Minimum Bid: $50
Geneva High School Graduation (Seat Set #2)—4 seats Minimum Bid: $50
NOTES ON THE GHS SEATS: 1) The GHS seat locations are selected by the winners prior to GHS Graduation Day, which is Sunday, May 28, 2017, 2) These seats are NOT in addition to the 4 seats that each graduate receives (the winners of each set of 4 auctioned seats will not also get the 4 tickets provided to their student by GHS).
Geneva Middle School North (GMSN) White Team 8th Grade Promotion - 4 seats Minimum Bid: $50
Geneva Middle School North (GMSN) Blue Team 8th Grade Promotion - 4 seats Minimum Bid: $50
Geneva Middle School South (GMSS) White Team 8th Grade Promotion - 4 seats Minimum Bid: $50
Geneva Middle School South (GMSS) Blue Team 8th Grade Promotion - 4 seats Minimum Bid: $50
NOTE ON THE MIDDLE SCHOOL SEATS: The Middle School reserved seats will be in the front row (behind the 8th Graders) and on the center aisle and will be marked as reserved seats for the ceremonies.
Graduation/Promotion Dates and Times:
The highest bid for each set of seats will be updated throughout the term of the on-line auction.
You may bid as many times as you like.
Bidding will start Monday, April 30, 2018 at 8:00 am Central time and bids will be accepted until Friday, May 18, 2018 at 7:00 pm Central time. The winner of each set of seats will be contacted after that for delivery of a winning certificate and to make the payment (via check made payable to Geneva Academic Foundation, Paypal or cash) between May 21st and May 24th 2018.
